If you find that the item/s you have received is not for you, please send it back to us in its original condition within 7 working days of receiving it at your own expense (your statutory rights won't be affected).
Please note that "Original condition" implies that the garment has not been worn, except to try it on for fit and appearance.

Always include the 'Purchase Order' with your return item/s stating the reason for return.
Please note that we cannot refund your item/s without the 'Purchase Order'.

All refunds will be processed within 14 working days (this doesn't affect your statutory rights).

Refunds will not be granted on the following criteria, and the item/s will be sent back
to you:

marked clothing i.e. make up,

item has been worn and smells of perfume, deodorant, body odour, 
tags are not intact,

item has not been returned to us within our 7 working day Return Policy.

When returning your item/s, please remember the following:

we recommend returning the goods by registered post,

we are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods,

we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third
parties,

refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation e-mail will
be sent to you,

your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original payment,

we will not refund the cost of delivery charge (delivery charges are only refundable if
the goods delivered are faulty or incorrect).

Exchanges

If you receive your item and you feel that you'd like to change it for a different size, colour or alternatively you'd like to order a different dress, simply email us with your new choice and we'll be happy to email you back with all the necessary details.

The item has to be returned to us within our 7 days Return Policy at your own expense.

Faulty or wrong item/s
If the item you have received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please notify us by e-mail, quoting your order number, name and address and the fault description.

'Made to measure' and 'Made to order' item/s
Please note that 'Made to measure' item/s cannot be returned unless they have not been made as specified.

'Made to order' items can be only exchanged.

Please note: For items listed with free delivery offer please note that there will be a £5.50 charge deducted from the full refund value.
