Sales agreement

Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "Order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding.

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed.

The sales agreement is valid as soon as the payment has been made.

Pricing & Payment

All prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart and also in your order.
Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable.

For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped.

All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Evica.co.uk until paid for in full.

Return Policy

If you find that the item/s you have received is not for you, please send it back to us in its original condition within 7 working days of receiving it at your own expense (your statutory rights won't be affected).
Please note that "Original condition" implies that the garment has not been worn, except to try it on for fit and appearance.

Always include the Delivery Note with your return item/s stating the reason for return.
Please note that we cannot refund your item/s without the 'Purchase Order'.

All refunds will be processed within 14 working days (this doesn't affect your statutory rights).

Refunds will not be granted on the following criteria, and the item/s will be sent back
to you:

marked clothing i.e. make up,

item has been worn and smells of perfume, deodorant, body odour, 
tags are not intact,

item has not been returned to us within our 7 working day Return Policy.

When returning your item/s, please remember the following:

we recommend returning the goods by registered post,

we are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods,

we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third
parties,

refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation e-mail will
be sent to you,

your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original payment,

we will not refund the cost of delivery charge (delivery charges are only refundable if
the goods delivered are faulty or incorrect).

Faulty or wrong item/s
If the item you have received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please notify us by e-mail, quoting your order number, name and address and the fault description.

Custom made item/s
Please note that "Made to measure" item/s and custom made item/s cannot be returned unless they have not been made as specified.

We are unable to cancel  "Made to measure" orders once the payment has been taken as the clothes will be already within the process of being made.
